About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded AI Solutions / Delivery Lead to lead the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions for our clients while serving as the strategic bridge between business needs and technical execution.

This is a senior leadership role for professionals who are passionate about helping organizations unlock value through Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and innovative technology solutions. You will work directly with clients to understand business challenges, define solution strategies, lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Beyond technical leadership, this role requires strong consulting, stakeholder management, and people leadership capabilities. You will guide engineering teams, influence executive decision-makers, and ensure every solution delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As the AI Solutions / Delivery Lead, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and digital transformation projects from discovery through implementation and post-deployment support.
• Engage with clients to understand business objectives, identify opportunities, and recommend innovative AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical roadmaps, solution architectures, and delivery plans.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising AI Engineers, Full-Stack Engineers, Data Engineers, and other technical specialists.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and client expectations to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate solution design workshops, stakeholder meetings, and executive presentations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, serving as a strategic advisor throughout engagements.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform client solutions and business growth.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, leadership capability, and exceptional communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading technology delivery, software engineering, AI implementation, digital transformation, or technology consulting projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end client engagements, including solution design, project delivery, stakeholder management, and post-implementation support.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary technical teams in fast-paced environments.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Machine Learning (ML)
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Cloud technologies
• Modern software development practices

Excellent working knowledge of at least three of the following:

• Python
• OpenAI APIs or Azure OpenAI
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project delivery platforms
• REST APIs and Microservices Architecture

Additional technical competencies:

• Experience designing scalable solution architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, project governance, risk management, and quality assurance.

• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate confidently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes in remote and client-facing environments.
